We engage in on-field activities as Surveying, Urban planning, Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, Water Supplies and Electricity, Sewage networks and Drainage systems, plans for adjacent footpaths and transport.

Homeington’s panel of land experts and agents take care of all prerequisites and obtain permits relating to your subdivision plan proposal, council approval, subdivision planning permits etc.
We add value to your projects by providing land development consultancy, including feasibility studies to guide you with better land acquisition practices, frequent follow-ups for design and construction, market positioning of your saleable lots, resale value analytics and environmental sustainability.
We track our surveying activities via SPEAR technology (Surveying & Planning through Electronic Applications and Referrals) in real time across all councils. To uphold transparency, our clients are provided routined updates of our progress and may cross-check with the local councils and authorities.
