With an 18-year track record of successful business ventures in Australia, Zahangir Alom is the Founder & Director of Homeington Land Developments. An engineer by profession, Zahangir’s expertise on Land Development Consultancy is primarily focused on multi-staged master plan projects. His large portfolio of completed projects include Residential, Industrial and Commercial projects. Zahangir established Homeington Land Developments to introduce innovative ideas for landowners, transforming their englobo land into thriving communities. Offering landowners a risk free-high return opportunity on their best assets, his comprehensive expertise involves assisting land owners with feasibility, town planning, project financing, project management, sales and marketing of lost, compliance and title of individual lots. Excelling within the most complex challenges and never compromising his commitment towards understanding and managing client expectations is a remarkable attribute of Zahangir's reliable reputation. His consistency for delivering projects on time and within budget, while effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that the projects meet or exceed client requirements is his principle model for Homeington. William Tehan
Director, Acquisition
Former Mayor of Hobsons Bay City Council (2008 – 2012) in Melbourne, William is the chief advisor for Homeington Group since the formative years of advising project planning till completion. William is reputed for his knowledge of land acquisition and project management. William is a Member of REIV and Chair of many organisations including Police Community Consultative Committee in Melbourne, Australia.
Chris Constantine
Land Development Consultant
Chris is working closely with land developers for successful project completion including engineering design, engineering construction and planning departments. A people person at heart, Chris works with various councils and stakeholders. His particular focus is on sustainability and technology issues of land subdivision. He is primarily responsible for the delivery of projects from inception to finalisation, including liaison with clients, service authorities, councils and contractors, feasibility studies, and design checking.
David Frazzetto
Principal Project Manager
With 19 years of experience in Land Development, David specialised in feasibility studies, surveying, subdivision design, construction supervision and contract administration. He has worked primarily in Victoria, and also worked from 1994 to 2004 in Queensland. David has earnt the Lord Mayors Award for Excellence for delivering key projects such as the Waterworks Road and Coronation Drive widenings and upgrades.
Greg Sheath
Senior Project Manager
Greg brings over 38 years of experience in the land development industry with a strong foundation in project management, engineering, construction management and more. Greg has successfully delivered numerous complex projects throughout his career, from feasibility studies to final completion. He has a proven track record in managing multi-stage, complex developments, including greenfield, brownfield, and industrial projects.
