At Homeington, our goal in project management is to ensure the project is run efficiently, within budget, meets all permit conditions, and achieves sales milestones.
Our Development Management & Project Management services include, but are not limited to:
- Advising, supervising, and enhancing the team of subcontractors and subconsultants to keep track of the project timeline.
- Coordinating the tender process, interviewing contractors, and awarding work to the most suitable contractor.
- Liaising with the council, water authority, and different statutory authorities to progress the project.
- Sensing the upcoming schedule and hurdles of the project and coordinating in a way that keeps the project progressing.
- Managing the project within the development budget in collaboration with Quantity Surveyors (QS).
- Reporting to the financier as per the QS report and updating the client on monthly project progress and schedules.
- Continuously monitoring the permit conditions and updating the council as the work progresses.
- Leading Project Control Group meetings, resolving issues, and attending periodic site meetings and inspections.
- Liaising with relevant statutory authorities to coordinate the release of Practical Completion and Statement of Compliance.
- Interviewing and appointing sales and marketing consultants, conducting progress analysis, and providing guidance to achieve target sales.
- Coordinating and managing display village builder submissions.
- Coordinating the construction and opening of the sales office.
