A Statement of Compliance (SOC) is the utmost expected approval that is issued by the council, stating that all the compliances and preconditions of the planning permit are met.
Our licensed surveyor will submit the form stating that all the services are in place as per the plan, and once this is approved, the individual lots can have their own titles to settle the lots with the buyers.
